At Superz. WorldWide, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our beauty concierge team with your order number to start the return process.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused or gently used items back in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals and samples are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
